Homeowners who contact Representationdrivers Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

  • How a call or message with Representationdrivers Floor Coating went
  • How your personal data was used or protected
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Representationdrivers Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

What to Include

Email contact@representationdrivers.living and share:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short description of what happened and the result you would like

How We Respond

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
